Wachter said acts normally deal directly with stadium owners or teams. It is unusual for concerts to be arranged by a middleman, such as PMI.

We don t control the three major revenue streams. It makes it much more difficult for a middleman to take risks, he said.

If it happens, June 20 will be the date of the concert. Wachter said that was the latest the Packers would allow it.
